Refund and withdrawal policy

Crypto purchases

You may withdraw within 14 days, without giving a reason. Checkout asks you to request that service starts as soon as payment is confirmed. If service has started, you pay for the time used and we refund the unused part of your term at its euro value.

The right to withdraw ends when the prepaid term has been fully provided, with your prior express request and acknowledgement. Starting service alone does not end the 14-day right.

The refund goes to a coin address you provide and explicitly agree to use. Aphanon pays the network fee. Reimbursement is due within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal.

Request a crypto withdrawal

Email contact@aphanon.io and say that you withdraw. Give your account number or receipt id, the coin address for the refund, and your agreement to receive the refund at that address. Keep a copy of your message.

Card purchases

Card purchases made on this site carry the same 14-day withdrawal right; refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Email contact@aphanon.io with your account number and say that you withdraw. Reimbursement is due within 14 days of your message.

A full refund of a payment ends the plan it paid for. A partial refund, such as the unused part of a month, leaves the plan as it is.

Please ask us before asking your bank. If you dispute a card payment with your bank instead, the plan ends at once, and it is not restored if the dispute is later decided in your favour.

Purchases in the apps

The apps sell nothing. Every plan is bought on this site, so this policy covers it.

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel a card plan at any time from your account page. Cancelling keeps the service working until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged. A crypto term never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Deleting your account also cancels a card plan.
